Orders and pricing

We work to show correct prices and product details. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel the order, even after it is confirmed or paid. If you've already paid, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Sales tax is charged where the law requires it.

Using our products safely

Use each product only for its intended purpose, as described on its product page, packaging and instructions. Inspect each product before use, and stop using it if it is worn or damaged. Never exceed a product's stated weight limit, or the working load limit of any rope or hardware used with it. Our products are not designed for mountain or rock climbing, fall protection, life-saving equipment, or lifting loads over people.
