Free shipping
Every order ships free to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Ships within 2 business days
Orders ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend ship the next business day. Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days after your order ships (California 2–4).

Carriers
Most orders ship by USPS. When UPS or FedEx is the better way to meet your delivery date, we use that carrier instead.

Need it faster?
Expedited shipping (2–4 days in transit, USPS Priority Mail): $11.99 per order + $0.99 per lb, to the 48 contiguous states and DC. Choose it at checkout.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. When your order ships, we email you the carrier name and a tracking number.

Returns

30-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. You can request a return within 30 days of purchase.

Defective items
Every product is guaranteed free from defects. If something arrives defective, we will gladly send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, and we pay the return shipping. Contact us, and when we reply by email, please attach a photo of the problem to your reply.

Other returns
For other returns, such as ordering the wrong size or no longer needing an item:
• Request the return within 30 days of purchase.
• Send it in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Unopened items in their original packaging get a full refund.
• Opened or used items: a 20% restocking fee applies. The fee doesn't include shipping costs.
• Return shipping is decided case by case. We will tell you who pays it before you send the item back.

Clearance items
Clearance items are final sale and can't be returned.

How to return
Contact us first. We reply by email with return instructions and the return address. Refunds go back to the original buyer, by the original payment method. We can't send refunds to anyone else.
