Shipping

All orders from Inventors’ Place .com designated shipped within the continental United States will ship via the United States Postal Service (www.usps.gov) or FedEx (www.fedex.com) or UPS (ups.com) at Inventors’ Place LLC discretion. Orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours, and orders generally arrive within 4-13 business days after orders are placed and received, unless otherwise notified.  Orders placed Friday will ship the following Monday, or next business day, when a holiday falls on a Monday.

Do to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or an act of God, any order that is expected to exceed arriving within the above stated time from when placed, shall be notified of such delay and provided a "best" arrival date.

Tracking numbers will be provided to all customers on all orders..

Shipping of all international orders, outside the continental Unites States, will adhere to the above shipping terms and determined on an order-by-order basis and orders shall be subject to these shipping fees as determined by the designated carrier. You, a buyer on this website, agree to allow Inventors' Place about 1-2 business days to provide such shipping fee and agree to pay said shipping fee or have the order (s) completely refunded without incurring and fines or charges.

Product Warrantee Refund / Return

Purchases of all products are offered with a 100 percent guarantee to be free from functioning defects.

All products incurr a 30-day money back guarantee.

In the event of any functioning defects, Inventors' Place reserves to right to replace any defected functioning product (s) with a second replacement of the originally ordered product or possible next production run product. If no second functioning product is available, a full refund, including shipping will be granted to buyer. Inventors' Place has the right to request buyer to supply photo of defective product for verification and product development improvements.

All requested returns or refunds are good up to 30-days from purchase, with applied restocking fees as follows:

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee is subject to a twenty (20) percent restocking fee, excluding any and all shipping costs, which are not in themselves refundable by shipping company. No refunds are granted outside 30-days from proof of purchases.

To obtain a refund, all products must have original packaging and proof of purchase and Inventors’ Place LLC must first be contacted through email at support @ Inventorsplace . com (without spaces) to obtain return instructions and the designated return to address. Inventors’ Place LLC does not cover the cost to return any merchandise. 

At the time the refund is granted, Inventors’ Place LLC will refund all monies through PayPal, Square or generate a company check and send the refund money through the United States Postal Service www.usps.com (USPS) to the buyer on the original invoice or purchase. No refunds to third parties will be allowed. .
